Add image to left nav menu in Disco Theme (Creative - Always Open-style)

Is there a way to add an image in the lower part of the Disco nav menu (Creative - Always Open-style) ? I'd like to add an image (that links to an URL) just above the Woocommerce cart icon and social icons.

What file(s) would I modify if I wanted to code an image below the navigation items on my own? Functions.php? Index.php? Please help point me in the right direction.

File responsible for header is includes/header-top-area.php but please notice that we do not support files modifications. Also we do not recommend to do this because you won't be able to do updates in the future.
