Full width home page

Hi, recently we found out that our home page has been nudged to the right (https://whitelip.se/), we want it to look like our product page (https://whitelip.se/alla-produkter/) full width, we have disabled sidebars in theme options and we have full width on the page settings, still no change... This change came today, it has been fine up until now, and we made no changes

Update: I managed to fix it in Elementor but now the images look blurry, is there a way to fix this? I already force regenerated thumbnails and cleared cache, still blurry...

  • Hi,

There are many types of featured images in the theme. Here are instructions for changing them:

    1. To change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog, please navigate to theme options -> blog, portfolio & shop -> featured image.

    2. To change the default WordPress gallery images' size, please go to settings -> media.

    3. To change the size of the woocommerce images, please go to the WordPress customizer tool and change it in the front-end. And you should focus on this point.

More information in the link below: https://iconicwp.com/blog/manage-woocommerce-product-image-sizes-3-3

    Notice!

Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.

    Thanks

I followed your steps, still no change... Im starting to think that its a caching problem. For example if you visit our Shop page (https://whitelip.se/alla-produkter/) and click on a product(77 Black Currant 20mg for example), then step backwards on the browser so that you return to the previous page, you can see that the image looks good when you return to the Shop page, its like it has to render or something to look good. Do you know what might be causing this problem? I read on WooCommerce forum page that this problem is often caused by the theme.

  • Update: it got better after following the link, but if you try what i explained above it can get even better

  • The caching might be the problem.

If you have any caching plugins or caching tools on your hosting enabled, please, turn them off, refresh your browser cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Thanks

  • The only one i can think of is Jetpack, which i have disabled, still no change. Its more of an annoyance than a problem at this point, but cant seem to figure it out...

  • There are no settings for image sizes other than the ones from my previous message.

You can try to work with them a little more. You can also try to upload images in a higher resolution.

    Thanks
