It is since the update to the latest version of BeTheme. Before that everything worked.
Neither in Google Chrome nor in Firefox the scrollbar is shown to me. (For posts)
Seems to be a BUG. It still works with version 24.0.1.2.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if this issue persists.
Moreover, if you are using a child theme, please, switch to parent and recheck it.
