Theme options are not working
Hi Guys,
After the latest theme and WordPress update my theme options stoped working now all of my CSS vanished it seems like all the options are re-set and now the site shows me BTheme logo and colors please my archive link of the site, please fix it ASAP my customer is very angry on me.
For the testing, I installed the heme on a different directory but the same thing there I think there is a PHP version issue or something but my developer says it's a theme error.

It looks like it might be an issue on your server.
Please, contact your hosting provider, and ask them to look at the logs and if they find anything to resolve it.
When you do that, please, let me know.

They have reviewed it and said they are not responsible for the theme code PHP and all other services are running fine.

1) Please restore your website with a backup from before the update, create a subdomain where you will put a copy of your website, update it, and check if the same issue appears. If yes, please, install a fresh copy of Betheme and recheck it.
When you do that, please, tell me the results.
2) Did you put your custom CSS in the theme options or a separate file in your child theme?

I think you don't know about this please give me someone who is a proper professional, I am having a hard time dealing with live customer and his aggregation, I told you I have installed a fresh WordPress and its still showing me the same issue your theme is the problem not my hosting or anything problem is your theme it was working fine and when I update it and WordPress its stoped working all other options in the betheme are working just the theme options are not and I think you are not God who knows everything without even login in the site admin bravo man don't make m fool plz.
I downloaded a new theme and install WordPress in this new location but no use same issue everything is working just theme options are not working.
I am sorry that you felt treated unprofessionally, but this is an absolutely new issue, and I needed to check the previous steps.
Please send us FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I have a server log file which tells me exactly what is happening but I am unable to see the code because that is your code and I can't understand it I think you can understand it,
The lock file is very big I will try my best to give you a few key points of it or may be uploaded on we transfer
