Drop down list for variation

Hi,

I would like to know how:
1. To remove the top bar where "show all" appears on the right
2. To change the selection drop down box for variation. As per now, this appears on full width but I would prefer a classic style drop box such as:

    Right now, this website is being développer locally with MAMP server.
    I, unfortunately don't have it online yet and would préfère not to push it online before it works.
    Would there be another way to show it live to you?
