Cant find how to change colour of menu background on "plumbing" theme?

Please can you pint me in the right direction of where to change the colour of the background of the top menu, I have been through all the settings but can't seem to change it? Here is a link to my current page:

I want to change the background of the top menu to white.

Hi,

you can change this color under Theme options > Colors > Header section. But if you use pre-defined skin instead of custom, then you can do this within below css:

#Top_bar { background-color: #FFF !important; }

thank you, this seems to have worked - although now the sticky header is transparent. how do i get this to remain white?

To change background color for sticky menu on your website, please use below css:

.sticky-dark #Top_bar.is-sticky { background: #000 !important; }
