Cannot register Theme

we are trying to register i-motion.ch but get the following errror:

cURL error 35: gnutls_handshake() failed: A TLS fatal alert has been received.

This error is most likely on your hosting side.

Please, contact your hosting provider, and ask them about it.

You can also check if your WP Address and Site Address match. Please make sure they are the same as your current domain name in WP Dashboard -> Settings -> General.
