error with contact box and info box not displaying correctly

Hi - please see the following page:


the contact form (in info box element) and the contact box should both be displaying at 1/3 column width but as you can see, they are very narrow (looks about 1/10).

I have tried deleting and recreating the page + elements, checked all properties for section, etc. Cannot seem to fix it. 

Note: when I set the element width to 1/1 - they display correctly, however I obviously want each the 3 elements to occupy 1/3 width, to display in 1 row.  I have also tried to display them at 1/2 - 1/2 and they are still too narrow.
