Make the website full width

Hello,

I want to make the website full width not wrapped into 1240px.
The visual composer doesn't has that option neither the theme option has.

Please let me know how to make the website full browser width.

Hi,

whole content must be always wrapped into wrapper and it is not possible to get whole website out of this wrapper.

Is that something that might be added in future updates? It's a nice feature that many premium themes like yours have. This is completely off the "width" topic but where is the setting to remove the shopping cart icon from the menu?
