For some reason, it appears the Added to Cart bar along the top no longer appears for some of our shops when a person adds an item to the cart. Is there possibly an option that has been disabled? Thank you!

Please, go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products, disable the AJAX option, and check if it appears then.
