betheme website logo not changing
no matter what I do, the site logo in the main header will not change. it was changed at one point in the past but now it will not change. have cleared caches and it's not a caching issue. it simply does not update the logo when changed.
anyone run into this? is so, did you have a fix for it?

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Moreover, please, tell me what version of Betheme you have and where you are changing your logo.

the theme is at the latest version
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
