Blog page showing latest blog post in full, then blog post summaries as expected

Having a wierd issue with the blog page. I have my page "blog" that wordpress points to the for "posts. My Blog page itself is blank. This used to work as expected but i'm not sure where this issue is stemming from. Any help would be appreciated!
