Instagram > View Shop -> Add to Cart <- Doesn't Redirect to Cart

We manage a few BeTheme shop clients, and one of these clients has a majority of her customers coming from Instagram. She wanted to utilize the IG View Shop functionality that connects to your woocommerce, but she let me know that the 'Add to Cart' redirect to cart is broken.

Obviously, we've checked the box 'Redirect to the cart page after successful addition' but alas, when in the instagram app viewing the shop and hitting add to cart or directly on the site, the redirect does not take place.

Is this happening for you guys? We also tested on another BeTheme Woocommerce shop and found the same experience to be true (i.e. no redirect to cart, with redirect to cart selected in WooCommerce Settings Products).

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    Whoops wrong support thread. We solved this one by checking the box for side cart, or something similar. It allowed the cart to popup.
