Hello,
Did you use the Builder -> SEO option from the builder option?
https://support.muffingroup.com/faq/builder-seo/
Please, also check if the problem persists when you switch to some free theme like Twenty Twenty.
Thanks
Hi Phil,
thanks for the tips, I did both but it didn't change - still getting the feedback from Yoast.

If with another theme the problem persisted, this means that the problem lies not on Betheme side but rather YOAST, and you should stay in touch with their support.
Best regards
I tried again with Twenty Twenty and it's working now but it's still not working with Betheme.
Can you help me?

Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Sorry, but the account you have sent credentials to does not have admin rights.
Can you change its privileges, please?
Thanks
Sorry! Adjusted the privilieges :).
I did not notice anywhere errors in the image alt tags. Can you send me a link to the page where this error appears, please?
But I noticed an issue with the internal links, and YOAST is correct because, for example, on this page https://dejayou.de/impressum/, there are no links to your other pages in the content. You can read more about it here.
Moreover, I noticed that you are using three builders on your website. Your homepage has both Muffin Builder and Elementor, and the rest pages use WPBakery.
I recommend using only one builder on the website.
Best regards
Please find the attached screenshot, it is taken from my mainpage (dejayou.de)
Regarding the builders - how can I switch it all to one? Can I just deactive the other or will it mess up the page? Why would you just recommend using one?
Thanks for the feedback - I will adjust the internal linkage
1) Your homepage is not readable by YOAST, probably because of Elementor. If you did not put any content on this page with this builder and did not use it anywhere else, you can disable it in the plugins tab.
After that, use the Builder -> SEO option on the Muffin Builder content, and check if the problem persists.
2) There is no option to switch content from one builder to another on a page. They are constructed in a different way, and they create content on pages differently.
You would have to recreate your pages manually. So if you use WPBakery on all your pages except the homepage, I suggest recreating this page with this builder.
Thanks
Thanks for you input - I deactivated the other builders and everything works fine.
Just one thing - the links of the header are not working on my subpages, do you have any advice on how to make them work again?
The links you have in the menu are anchor links. If you want to use anchor links from other pages, you need to use the whole URL.
Thanks
Thanks I adjusted this and it works.
But now I have a problem that parts of my site don't appear even though in muffin builder everything looks as it should.
Can you help?
Hello,
Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-create-phpinfo-php-page/
Thanks
Hi Phil,
done - see it here: PHP 8.0.12 - phpinfo() (dejayou.de)

It seems that your server settings are fine.
But I noticed a couple of HTML errors on this page. Look at the example:
Would you please open your website in Firefox HTML mode (CTRL+U) and check the HTML errors you got? Please fix them first, and see if the problem with displaying persists.
Thanks!
Hey Phil,
I fixed the errors but the problem still persists.
I also found an other error in the html debugger mode but I'm not sure what to do with it?

Somehow One Page option broke the layout.
I have turned it off, and everything went back to normal.
In the WP editor, there are a couple of blocks that have invalid content. Can you remove them, please? They might be the root cause. I did not want to touch them
Moreover, I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme. Please, update it too.
Thanks
Thanks for the support Phil - I deleted the blocks.
For the updates I get this error msg:
This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
Thanks
When I type in my lincense code provided it says "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."
but I do it exactly as described in this video "Where is my purchase code? – Betheme Support Center (muffingroup.com)" and as described by evato.
Is there any other way to use this license manager? You should also see my lincense key and could check?
Please deregister your license key through Betheme -> Dashboard, register it there again, and check if this error still appears.
If this will not help please send your license key through http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact.

Thanks, that worked - I could update the plug-ins.
But if I turn on the onepage option again the layout still breaks.
Can you update your Betheme, please? Because you still do not have the newest version.
Thanks
Sorry - my mistake, updated! :)
The problem was that you were using a special character in your menu.
I have changed it to "u" in both menu and section, and now it is working.
Thanks
Hi Phil,
thank you!
A new problem came up after I added a FAQ-Page (FAQ - deja you - zurück zu dir.). As you can see on the bottom there are these two error msgs:
Warning: Undefined array key "bg_image" in /homepages/42/d4294975474/htdocs/dejayou/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/builder/class-mfn-builder-front.php on line 259

What can I do to solve this?
thank you

I logged into your website and checked that page.
One section had a background-position set, even when no background image was selected.
When I changed it to the default option, the warning disappeared.
Thanks
Hi,
I have the same problem.
I did the steps (also deleted elementor - which I didn't use).
Can you have a look at my site?
