Because the content under each team member is different lengths, the email and other icons look like they are not aligned. How do I move the email (and possibly other icons and links) above the content like the phone is?
Ok, we see what you mean now. So to align them in one line, you must add <br /> tag/tags in place of content. The box with largest amount of content use as the main one and compared o this box, add as many br tags as other columns need.
