Root Problem

In our licanced theme we have problem. We instaled wordpress with be theme in a folder (named /yenisite) in www.domainname.com/yenisite, we wanted to design. Here we didnt have any problem. Than we wanted to transfer this design from /yenisite to root. But when we transfer, root get data from /yenisite. If we delete /yenisite folder or change name /yenisite folder, root doesnt work, but if we rename folder as /yenisite, root works. In /yenisite folder, domain way is changed as database and all wordpress files.
In short we get this problem. We think maybe licanse give permission only a installation or domain way was defined in first domain way (www.domainname.com/yenisite) As a reason we want to open our web site from www.domainname.com, not from www.domainname.com/yenisite. We will waite your answer. Thank you.

How did you migrate the website, do you use any plugin or you just copy it manually?
We strongly suggest to use this plugin, we use it all the time and we strongly reccomend it.

We migrated manually from domain.com/yenisite to domain.com (root)
Can you do that using the plugin I told you? It should migrate without any problem.
