Visual Composer and Layer Slider have been deactivated suddenly and I can't activate them

The pre install plugins Visual Composer and Layer Slider has been deactivaded suddenly, by themselves.
I'm trying to activate them again through Betheme - Install plugins, but when I check these plugins and click "Activate", there is a message "No plugins are available to be activated at this time."

I have tried to update plugins, but there was also a message of error updating
Finally, the server support has activated those plugins from Plesk, cause I couldn't activate them from wordpress dashboard.
I don't know the reason why those plugins became deactivated and couldn't be activated again from wordpress.
I have another Betheme license in https://rshecc.atodaplana.es (at the same server)
Betheme in https://rshecc.atodaplana.es is updated to version 25.1.3 and did not get this issue.
Meanwhile Betheme in https://rshecc.es/ is on version 21.9.6.
Could this issue be related to a "deprecated" version of the theme?

Well, version 21.9.6 is an old one, and it could be a root cause.
However, can you tell me what error message appeared when you tried to update these plugins?

Sorry for my late reply, but I've been out these days.
Today I have tried to update these Bundled Premium Plugins (Layer Slider and WP Bakery Page Builder) and I couldnt.
The message is "The package could not be decompressed (unzipped). The package contains no files".
I also have tried to update Theme, wich is is still on 21.9.6 version, and I'v got the same message "The package could not be decompressed (unzipped)"
System Status requirments, as you can see in attached image, is Ok
I also have checked that other plugins, not related to Betheme, can be updated.
Keep waiting for a solution, please.

This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

OK, it is a beginner's mistake!! I have registered two webs (first, rshecc.atodaplana.es, and after that, rhsecc.es) using the same license key!!!
Actually, I purchased some montsh ago a new license for rshecc.es but I did not use it.
I suppose it is as easy as to deregister theme in rshecc.es and, inmediately after, register it again using the new (exclusive) license key, isn't it?
I suppose it is a simple and fast operation.
