Page doesn't save input
Hi there, just on this page https://www.serenitydental.co.uk/wordpress/meet-the-team-2/ the page won't let me save anything after the last entry of Ruth Johnson. I have tried multiple times. Could you advise please.

Hello,
Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:

Thanks
Hi there I have done this but get a 404 error. Can I give you access via ftp? the site is on www.serenitydental.co.uk/wordpress/
Many thanks in advance
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Sorry, but you have sent me your FTP, not WP dashboard access.
Can you send your WP dashboard access, please?
Thanks
Hi there, how do I do that privately?
Please, do it through the contact form like previously.
Thanks
You have a low max input vars value set on your server.
Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this value to at least 5000, and your problem should be gone.
Thanks
Hi there, this has been done, but I still have the problem. Could you advise please.
I have checked it, and the value did not change.
You can see it under Tools -> Site Health -> Info.
Please, contact your hosting provider again. Moreover, tell them that the Master Value should be changed and changing only Local Value will not do the job.
Thanks
Hi there, I am still having problems with this website. I have asked my host provider to do what you have suggested. They have said that they have followed all the steps here https://betterstudio.com/blog/increase-max-input-vars-limit/#1-edit-the-htaccess-file. Is there any further help you can get me, as my clients are now really cross with me.
Sorry, but we do not handle the server configuration.
If your hosting cannot handle increasing max input vars value, I can recommend only changing the hosting provider, unfortunately.
Best regards
