Website / Theme running slow
hello,
my website is running slow, i have already contacted the hosting company and they checked and said that the problem is not from their side, in fact i have several websites hosted at them and they suggested that i should contact the theme developer, thay see that there is a delay in displaying the website due to theme code.
Can u please check and help me solve this issue?
Thank you!

Hello,
Please, check the following link. There you will find instructions about how to improve the loading time for your website.
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-speed-up-my-site/
Following the tips mentioned in this guide should make your website faster.
I also suggest checking the Theme Options -> Performance.
Thanks
can u find 10 mins to take a look on my website and see if it is something wrong with the theme?
it takes 4-5 sec for respond , it says " Reduce initial server response time "
The hosting cmpany says that it is due to something related to the theme
The Time to First Byte (TTFB), should be improved.
it says here that it may be slow due to code issues

Did you try following the tips from the link I have sent you and adjusting settings in the Performance tab?
It mostly depends on how you created your website. Look at the following GTmetrix test for the demo created with our theme.
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/themes.muffingroup.com/pX1FL0rH/
It does not show the "Reduce initial server response time", so the problem is not on the theme side.
I suggest getting rid of all "heavy" elements on your website like Slider Revolution, animations, and using minified versions of CSS and JS files.
Thanks
what should i check in performance? btw, the path is not theme options -> performance, right? in that menu i don t have performance option. i only have the performance button in the top bar ( performance from W3 cache )
In the performance tab, you can cache the Google fonts so that they will be loaded from your server, not from Google. You can turn off some theme and WP assets, set minified versions of CSS and JS theme files, choose the location of these files (Footer or Header), and cache assets.
If you do not see the performance tab in the theme options, it means you have an old version of Betheme, and you should update it.
Thanks
