No menu in Edge and hamburger not working

Had numerous clients message me this morning to say that when viewing our site using Edge on a desktop there is no menu, I have verified this. Also, the hamburger icon does not operate on Samsung internet or on Iphone.

Works on firefox desktop and firefox on samsung interenet

Nothing done to website recently other than adding products in woo.

    Should have added, I've cleared cache on the site but no change.

    Hi,

    I have checked your website on firefox on desktop, and the menu does not appear to me either.

    In the website source, I can see a class "loading" added to your top bar, which causes this issue. This class does not come from Betheme, and most likely, it is from one of your plugins.

    Please, disable your plugins one by one and see which one is the root cause.
