Hi,
Please send us WordPress dashboard access and license key privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I have created a new page Muffin Test, placed there pre-built section, imported the page content with a single page import, and the error message you mentioned did not appear.
Can you tell me what steps you did, so I can reproduce them, please?
Thanks
I have clicked Add New (page), added title and published that page, after publishing clicked Single page Import button (1st button in the list right side of muffin builder (highlighted)) pasted a link from the demo, this time I used https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/optics/product/proin-sed-mauris/ and clicked Import, Over the button its showing the status ''Imported Closing'', no content is imported and the error message is "The package could not be downloaded. Please make sure your theme is registered for this domain.".
Also I have tried the same process before publishing the New page, no change in the error displaying. It's "The package could not be downloaded. Please make sure your theme is registered for this domain.".
Also I have tried the same process by clicking ''Add New'' under Templates (7th in the dashboard menu), again its showing the same error.
When we click Single page Import button in Muffin Builder as in above image the below popup comes, I selected Templates tab and there the list is not displaying under "Select a template from the list", please check...
The widgets page is blank, please check this too...
No major changes made in the site except woocommerce settings and adding products.
Please check.
I have tried the same steps described above logging into the wordpress dashboard from the incognito window also.
1) You are trying to import a single product page not built with the Muffin Builder, but its content is automatically created based on its layout style from the theme options.
You will notice that the import works if you import, for example, the homepage from that demo.
2) One of the unsupported plugins blocks entering the Widgets panel.
I have disabled all plugins except supported ones, and the Widgets worked fine.
Thanks
