To achieve that, you can use the popup shortcode and put the contact form shortcode inside it.

The content for the modal window is now loaded directly with the source code of the page. Search engines are indexing this. Is it possible to load the content for the modal window only when the button is clicked?

Unfortunately, there is no setting to achieve that.
