You're right I see on Firefox but on Chrome I have still problem. Even when I checked in incognito mode.
I can't scroll more and this my lowest part of the website.

Please open your website in Firefox HTML mode (CTRL+U) and check the HTML errors you got. Please fix them first, and see if the problem persists.

I don't know why but option "Sliding:Under content" not work well so I change footer optons to "Stick to bottom.." and now everything works good.
We can close this option is good also
The HTML errors you got might be the root cause.
Most probably that is why the Sliding: Under content does not work.
