WPML media translation not working in your plugin
Hello,
Unfortunately, the media translations of tiles in your native Be-theme plugin are not working. The tiles of this part are all translated in the correct manner but the translations still don't appear. We opened a ticket a WPML and concluded that the issue is theme related. WPML generated a new sandbox in which this part of the page is duplicated. Have a look at the below link.
As you can see the English tiles don't translate to Dutch, they remain English. As the big image below the block with the tiles translates perfectly.

The license key is not registered for that website, and I was not able to access the theme options.
Can you register your license there for a while, please?

The URL we provided is a WPML sandbox in which WPML asked us to recreate the issue. So, we can't remove the key from our website in development on our server, to install it on the WPML server, so therefore, unfortunately, we can't complete your request.
In the meantime, WPML investigated further the issue and confirmed that the issue is coming from their side, and they provided an alternative way to solve our media translation issue.
You can close this ticket.
