Update de Child Theme and my Item Purchase Code isn´t working more

I have a problem, I cannot restore theme registration when I updated child theme, now I tried enter the code again, but I was not able to do, please, help me, if you want you can check my site azucarmayaguez.com where I installed the betheme and I did the registration.

By the way, I know that my license is just for one site and this is the site that I installed it, and right now I Cannot use Betheme, please help me as soon as possible.
