sections out of order

I'm making some changes on a page and don't understand why sections are out of order.

I'm playing around with different layout and something is acting really strange on this TheCondoHub page:

Here is the order of the sections in the code and how it is actually displayed.

Can you take a look? I'm guessing there is something in the CSS that is causing the <div> sections to reorder, but I don't know much about CSS.

I have checked this page, and it is completely empty.

Did you wipe the content out?

Moreover, I noticed that you have an old version of Betheme installed.

Please, update to the newest version, and see if the problem persists.

Before updating, you can do a backup of your website with the Duplicator plugin for safety.

I updated to the most current BeTheme, but I'm still seeing the same problem.

I still see the same (old) version of Betheme on your website.

Are you sure that you updated your theme successfully?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
