Menu is gone
I found out that menu is gone when a create a footer with Elementor builder. If I remove the footer template menu appear again, but when I create a footer template with elementor, menu is gone. And I need to create a footer template with elementor pro as I want to insert this footer in on my posts then. Any solution for this bug?

Hi,
Elementor Header and Footer work in pairs. If you create a Header, you also need to make the Footer.
The same thing happens with the opposite situation when you create Footer.

But it is not possible to create a header from existing page. I do save a page as template, then I insert this page into a footer and then I edit and save sections I need for this footer.
But when I go to edit with elementor some page, I cannot see and I cannot edit header areas. They are not visible at all. I can see all section of the site except the header and menu.
Of course I can insert elementor nav menu, but I have to build from scratch and I want to use the menu that comes with theme I bought.
Unfortunately, it does not depend on us and it is on the Elementor side.
So if you want to use the Elementor's custom Footer, you need to build the Header as well.
Best regards
Why I have to build the header? Whats why I bought a theme as I want to use betheme header. But I dont want to create a same header for 100 page. I want to create only one header and when I change something it will affect all 100 pages. This can be done thanks to header builder as I dont see such option in betheme. The problem is I think betheme is not 100% build by Elementor, right? Because when I bought the theme in themeforest I filtered only elementor themes. Why in this case when I edit anypage I cannot edit the menu for example?
This is not a Betheme issue. It is how Elementor Pro works.
Look at the screenshots below where I activated the Twenty Twenty-One theme.
I have created a page for testing:
As you can see below, there is a default menu and Footer visible:
Here you can see a custom Footer I have created:
And assign it to that page in display conditions:
On the screenshot below, you can see that the menu is gone, as I did not create any with the Elementor, but the Footer is there:
As you can see, even on another theme, the same thing happens, so it is not related to Betheme but to Elementor itself.
Elementor is not our product, so we cannot modify it, and our hands are tied in that case.
However, you do not have to create 100 Headers. You can create one template and assign it to display through the whole website. Please, check the following link:

I contacted elementor team and they told that:
Thank you for reaching out to us. My name is *** and I will assist you with this case.
After checking your website I noticed that the header is not built with Elementor: https://prnt.sc/mVcoA3dw7Gzh, but it comes from the theme: Betheme that is the reason why you can't edit it using Elementor editor.
Header layout is set inside the theme options: https://prnt.sc/bfkUtIdhQkWt
Since this is not created with Elementor, we suggest that you refer to the support team of the theme you're using for additional assistance.
So they told me Betheme header is NOT created with Elementor. This is what I tought first. As I can edit all except the header. So I can build the menu from scratch but I want to create the same menu and this is not possible.
Yes, the headers in Theme options are not created with the Elementor.
Elementor Header and Betheme ones have completely different structures.
That is why you need to choose between custom Header & Footer from Elementor and the ones from the Betheme.
With the Elementor display conditions, you can choose pages where you need to have a custom Header & Footer, so on the rest pages, the ones from our theme will stay untouched.
Best regards
In this case if header is not created with elementor, I cano use elementor options.
There are betheme options where I can use same header in all pages with conditions?
There are no display conditions for theme headers, and when you choose one, it will be displayed across the whole website.
The only thing that could imitate the conditions are layouts, and you can see how they look and work under the following links:
