Home page unable to save changes when I add accordion
For my home page, when I add accordion and made the necessary edits, I am able to view the changes when viewing thru muffin preview. However, on the actual page view, all changes were missing, including the my other items (e.g. block quote, text column etc) were missing. I removed the accordion, the other items can then be seen.
I have changes the php_value max_input_vars to 10000, the issue still persists.
For my other pages, adding the accordion was not an issue, only for the home page

It seems that all your server settings are fine.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I have added an Accordion to your home page, and everything went without any issues.
Are there any steps to reproduce this issue?

try editing/input data into the accordion, atleast 2 or 3. Then update. On muffin preview it looks ok, but not on the "live". Please see attached file containing the screencaptures
I have added the accordion following your instruction, and again everything works on "live".
I have changed the section with an accordion to hide, so you can test if the problem persists when you change it to show.
Maybe the problem is the content you put in the accordions. Can you send me what do you put there, please?
Moreover, you can update Betheme to the newest version.

I edited the accordion you added, and the "live" website does not show all the blocks like before. So I remove the accordion, the "live" website shows all blocks again.
Attached are the 4 items which I put into the accordion.
Probably your server blocks some special characters.
I have used this tool https://www.text-utils.com/remove-special-characters/ to remove all special characters from the second tab (which was the root cause), and as you can check on the homepage, all accordions are working fine.
