unsolicited pages scroll-up at each click on the page content
we identified an issue appearing on some of the pages of our website. As examples:
Store management - Valk Solutions
PFA Fashion ERP and WMS - Valk Solutions
when we click anywhere on the page, each click creates the page content to scroll up of the equivalent of 1 line height of text. This appear if you click in the page, or if you click some buttons calling a popup. Then, the page scrolls when clicking the button and when clicking the cross to close the popup.
Any idea what creates this scroll up?

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
Hi Phil,
Before sharing the issue, we cleared the cache of browser, tried in incognito mode, clear the server cache, cleared the WP cache, disactivated all plug-ins. Also, the problem is now on the production server, but was already in the staging server. But we hoped it we be solved when moving to production, It didn't. We don't use child theme.
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

One of your unsupported plugins causes it.
I have deactivated them, and then the scroll on click does not appear.
Please, deactivate your plugins one by one, and check which one is the root cause.
However, you probably have some caching tools enabled on your server because the changes are noticeable only when you are logged into the WP panel.
Before plugins deactivation, disable the caching on your server.
Thanks
