I found this while browsing the demo site.

I am curious how to apply the function of moving forward scrolling while the background background is fixed.

    Hi,

    Please, open the section options where you want to achieve that, go to Advanced -> Background, choose the background image, and in the Attachment choose Fixed.

    However, notice that Attachment Fixed does not work on the devices with iOS.
