Importing a template just spinning the loading wheel..

Hey guys, so i made a template, i published it and i can see it in Bebuilder (Export-Import button, Templates) but whatever i try to do with it (insert before, insert after, replace) it just shows the loading spinning wheel and that's it.. I can wait forever and it does not import at all. I can save and exit and nothing is done.

Any idea about what is going on? Thanks !

It looks like your server settings are ok.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

The template import works for the backend builder but not for the live.

To locate the root cause, I will need your FTP access too.

Can you send it privately like the dashboard access, please?

Thanks, i just sent the ftp access to the CPANEL server.
