Templates URL take over the categories URL on front page

I don't know how to explain this issue, I will just give an example.

I created a shop archive template, and set the display condition to one of my categories:

My category page URL is: https://serwalloutdoor.com/adirondack-chairs/ , which should show on front page.

The template has its own URL as: https://serwalloutdoor.com/products/?mfn-template-id=1327

Now, the template URL is take over the actual category URL, when you enter my category page URL, it shows the template URL. And the content (shop title and shop products) on that page is not related to my category, it just shows as defult "Products" instead of "Adirondack Chairs", shows all products instead of my category products.
