Incorrect title display on every product pages
Hi,
When we are on a product page, we always have a big menu title displayed " Tous les vélos d'occasion" which not corresponding to what is supposed to be displayed (nothing but the name of the product).
We have no idea on how to remove this category.

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
Thanks
the website link is: lemoulinavelos.com
https://www.lemoulinavelos.com
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, check Page tile: Hide, and uncheck the Breadcrumbs where the product tile is displayed.
Thanks
The problem is that we need the page title to display on the product listing page, but does not display when we are on a product sheet.
In that case, please, put the following CSS code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
Thanks
Ok perfect thank you.

okay i will try thank you!
And I have another question.
We would like to create a mandatory product, that would be added to the cart (and cannot be removed) when purchasing another product. How can we do that please ?
The basic WooCommerce does not have such functionality.
To achieve that you would have to use some additional plugin for that.

And do you know which plugin can i use ?
I am not familiar with all WooCommerce extensions, but I saw this one once:
https://woocommerce.com/products/force-sells/
You can check if it will fulfill your expectations.
Thanks
Perfect that works thank you !
Hi,
i don't know why but the design of the title "description" has change, then we can't see the title.
How can you help us please ?
Thank you
It seems that the styles of it are overwritten by this CSS:
It looks like it comes from one of your plugins. Please, disable them one by one, and check which one is the root cause.
Thanks
Hi,
On which plugins can i change that ?
Sorry, I do not know which one is responsible for that.
That is why I suggested disabling them one by one to see which plugin interferes with your styles.
Thanks
Hi, the plugin that make this bug is "product filter by WooBeWoo". If i disable this one, our filters will disappear.
How can i do differently ?
Thank you.
You can try to overwrite this style with a custom CSS code.
If you do not know how to do it, you should contact your web developer.
Best regards
Ok thank you we will see with our web developer !
I want to put the link of our "general conditions of sale" on the payment page but i don't know where can i change the link.
This clickale button is located on the check line.
Can you help me please ?
Do you mean this link?:
It can be changed in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced, by choosing a page from the dropdown menu.
Thanks
Yes it's about this link !
This is the correct page but that don't work...
Did you try disabling all plugins except core WooCommerce? If not, please, do that to check if the problem is not from some of your plugins.
Moreover, to check if this problem is related to the Betheme, please, switch to some free theme like Twenty Twenty, and try to visit this link then.
Thanks
Thank you for your answer.
I've try to disable and reactivate all our plugins but nothing has change.
If i switch to a free theme and come back to the Be Theme nothing will change on the design of our website ? I want to be sure before do that.
I meant to switch to free theme and test the link with it.
Did you do that?
Best regards
Do i have to make the changement here ?
I don't have done that yet !
Because i've already done this action with another web and the design of the homepage has change after...
Yes, you should change the theme in Appearance -> Themes. The look of your website will be back when you change the theme to Betheme again.
This test will allow us to determine if the root cause is the Betheme.
If the issue will be gone when you switch to another theme please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
Notice!
Please attach a link to this forum discussion.

Hi,
I have change the theme and the problem still persist with a free theme.
It means that the problem does not come from the Betheme.
I suggest contacting WooCommerce support, and asking what might be the root cause.
Thanks
