  Did not you modify it anyhow?

  when the demo is installed with the element editor everything loads correctly and when I do it with the betheme editor it loads with errors.

  You had a misconfiguration in your WP general settings.

  Although your website is in HTTPS the URLs in the setting were set to HTTP.

  I have changed it, and everything is working correctly now.
