Hello there, i am using a Betheme Child. But can't editing with elementor
Hello there, my website is hosting with bluehost and using wordpress. i am using a Betheme Child Theme.
Have installed Elementor But when click " Edit with Elementor", after loading, i can see the content but the page doesn't allow me to do any editing with the current content ( the content that pre-exist in the website). Please kindly help me out and thank you very much.

Are you sure that you downloaded the Elementor version of the pre-built website?
We create our demos in two versions: BeBuilder and Elementor. If you import a version created in one builder, you cannot edit the content with another.

The website was built by a third party technician several years ago and i have no way to find out which version or even which template he chose before. Would it be possible for you to take a look and advise me how to fix this problem?

It's not possible to check which pre-built website did somebody use, we just do not keep this kind of informations.
If you want to check the version of the theme, please head to the BeTheme -> Dashboard, there you will find it:
