Cant understand image frame

i dont know where these options are being applied, i check documentation and its very broad and doesnt say where exactly these options are being applied. Any help?

    Hi,

    The settings in Theme options for Image frame apply to images through your website. For example on the main blog page to featured images or in the shop list.

    It also affects the images you put in the builder, but you need to have the hover effect enabled.
