under Construction : Can't login to wordpress dashboard

I have All in one WP security and firewall plugin activated. One option is rename wp-admin to a new login link. Since Be Theme under construction is enabled, i can't access the login page. I'm redirect to Be Theme Construction page. Can I disable Be Theme under construction from database? If yes where? what can i do?

    Sorry, but we do not handle database modifications, and unfortunately, I cannot help with that.

    But what you can do is to enter your FTP, change the folder name of the plugin that changes the login URL, enter your dashboard with standard wp-admin turn off the under construction, and rename the plugin folder back to the original one.
