My logo is sometimes blurry

Here is my problem with the logo:
When I access a page by arriving in a section that is not completely at the top, I can clearly see my sticky logo but if I then scroll up to the top, the menu logo appears distorted to me.
On a mobile device, the logo is blurry but not totally distorted when I scroll. And also if the page start loading in a section, the sticky logo will be ok but the logo in my menu will be blurry if I scroll up.
It doesn't happen when a page downloads from the top or if I reload it. The logo is clear in this case.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
