Creative Header "+" icon missing

I have creative header turned on for but the + icon is missing for the menu items which have sub menus. But the + icon do show up for sub-sub menu.

Please check website www.jwmj.org and check the About Us section. The + doesn't appear for About us but appears for the sub menus under About Us.

I can see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

Please update it and check if the problem persists.

On which menu items does the "+" should appear?

I tested it and all submenus does have these icons.

The menu item "About us" should have a + icon but it doesn't show here. The about us's sub menu does show the +. How can I have it on About Us

I tested it on several devices and everything looks fine, can you clear the cache of your browser?

It shows on slide out menus but it doesn't show on desktop creative header. Please check the photo attached
