Zoom prodcut image is not working

Hi how are you? I have aproblem with my site. When you hover a product image the zoom effect is not workig and the image disappeard. I tried to disable all the plugins and still the same. It woth mentioning thay I am not using the child theme.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins (leave woocommerce enabled only), refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Hi Pablo! I updated the theme and still the same! It is worth mentioning that I also do what you told me about the plugins and childtheme. However it is not working. I hope you can help me.

Hi,

Please, put the following CSS code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

.product-gallery-zoom .woocommerce-product-gallery__image:hover .wp-post-image{
   opacity: 1!important;
}

thank you. Now with this change the image still there, however if I hover it, is not doing the zoom effect. why?

Your images have a too-small resolution, which is why they are not zooming.

The zoom effect will work when you upload an image with a higher resolution.
