Can I achieve this UX design with BeBuilder?

Please, what elements of Be Builder may I use to achieve this design? I m particular about the 2 sections under the heading - "One Platform, Everything Money". Please, see the Figma Design URL below:

    Hi,

    You can create a section with four wraps: 2/5, 1/5, 1/5, 1/5.

    In the Section, options set the wraps to be the same height and set some custom height for wraps. (you can set it to the first wrap because the rest will adjust the size automatically).

    Set the positions of the elements in wraps to be at the bottom, and assign a background to it.
