I have a small problem with the content inside the text column, when the text is large, the scroll bar does not appear and I need to go down the arrow. What can it be?

In the text part (code) it works normally, in the visual part it doesn't appear.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
