Footer - color and padding
A little discouraged with this theme. First, the FAQ screenshots are not even close to what my version shows. I am trying to make the footer smaller than a third of the page and change the color. Every place I have gone in WP and Bebuilder none of the setting are effecting the footer. I have delete cache of course. Your documentation isn't clear and really not helpful. This is delaying my production.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

You did not attach screenshots showing what you exactly referred to.
However, the Footer colors can be changed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Footer.
Please, also check if you have a Theme skin set to -Custom Skin- in General Colors options.
Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer, and decrease the Padding value to shrink the Footer.

The theme options and WP widgets slightly changed, but the basis is the same.

I followed the instructions ...
The footer hasn't change when I change the padding. I delete cache each time. I used to have elementor pro but can't afforded it this year hence why I purchased your theme.
The padding is not working because there should be no space between the value and 'px'. So it should be '40px', not '40 px'.
