  1) Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and increase the Height value.

  

  2) In Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header, decrease the header height:

  

  3) Did you set the logo in Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General?
