Hi, with some products the image shows fine and on hover they magnifie but others on hover show no image at all when hovering over it.

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, and put there the following CSS code:

Hi, it stopped the images from disappearing but they have no hover affect's like some move around on hover but others dont. Could it be the image size?
Yes, if the image size is too small, there will be no zoom effect.
If you want to have it, you should upload the image in higher resolution.
