BeTheme Header Builder 2.0
When I create a new header template, the builder defaults to my 404 page, without allowing me to edit the header. If I place the header to draft, I can access and create the header. This works well for the default header. I created a copy of the default to be used as the sticky header. Some icons are not stored when published. Similar for the mobile header, where settings are not stored.
When I publish the header with entire site as condition, the new template is not displayed successfully.
I contacted a programmer who is now building a very ugly workaround using elementor - not happy about that. Can someone help?

Hi,
Please, go to Settings -> General and check if the addresses are correct there.
Like in the following article:

Thanks
Thanks for the link. This seems to be setup correctly - not sure if I need to include the www or not i.e. https://xxx-xxxx.ch vs. https://www.xxx-xxxx.ch (not my URL of course ;-) )
I get the following errors in the console (as attached.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

One of the unsupported plugins is the root cause.
I have disabled unsupported plugins, and the Header edit works correctly then.
Please, disable your plugins one by one and you will find which causes this issue.
Thanks
Thanks Phil for the feedback. Any guidance on which plugin could be causing the issues, in order to avoid a trial and error witch-hunt? I have some plugins (e.g. payment provider) which are vital to the site. If any of these are causing the issue, I would ask that you look into a fix on the beTheme side.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell which one exactly it could be as we did not test them with our theme, and I do not know how they affect/change the website. Also, it can be the combination of a couple of plugins, not necessarily one plugin.
If any unsupported plugin is the root cause, you should contact the plugin author instead because our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code.
You can find the list of supported plugins on this page in the sidebar:
https://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048
And here:
https://muffingroup.com/betheme/#plugins
Of course, we also support the official extensions to the WooCommerce, which can be found here:
https://woocommerce.com/products/
Thanks
Hi Phil,
together with external help I have carefully gone through the plugins, deactivating and testing. We cannot get the header to work correctly and cannot locate which plugin(s) is/are causing the conflicts. Any additional help or insights via email would be helpful.
Thanks
Dirk
I have logged again to your dashboard, and the creating a new Header and editing existing one works correctly.
Did you change anything meantime?
If it is not working in your environment, please, clear your browser cache, and check if the problem exists. You can also check other browsers.
Thanks
