Erased content using BeBuilder
Hi,
Using BeBuilder Live, I edited some text in a column text element, and all content within wrappers on this page were erased. https://www.lifetimehearingservices.com/testimonials-faq/
This is not the first website running Betheme that has had this issue. Anytime I happen to click on the text itself and not the edit pencil, the content will be erased. For other sites, I sucked it up and rebuilt the page. Unfortunately, restoring the wordpress content and database backup is not possible in these cases. The content of BeBuilder is just gone.
I first noticed this about 2 months ago. What is going on here? I have 92 websites all running BeTheme and I can't afford to move to a different theme. Plus, Betheme is just pretty awesome when it works.
Please see this screen recording of how the issue happens:

Hi,
Thanks for your commitment to trying to reproduce this problem.
From the information you have sent I can only see that you have a low max input time value. You can contact your hosting provider, and ask to increase this value to 180s, and check if the problem persists.
If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Please attach a link to this forum discussion.
Thanks
Hi Phil,
My hosting provider will only allow the PHP Time Limit to be increased temporarily, so I will do that and check.
Please, let me know about the results.
Thanks
