Safari Issues
Hello ,
We are facing 2 issues with the BETHEME on Safari browser :
1. Background mute videos do not work or play on Safari at all even when we click on play button, while they are working properly on
other browsers: edge, chrome and Firefox .
2. We see extra text (from theme text) appears under text element placeholder that we did not place in this item (please check attached image the extra text is under founder title) .
We appreciate your quick feedback at the earliest time possible
Thank you,
Amani

Hi,
Sorry, but your website has coming soon enabled, and I could not properly check that.
Can you disable it for a while, please?
Thanks
Hello ,
in the coming soon page , please login with the following user account to view the website
there is a mute video background(greyscale banner) in the home page and another one in the branches page both do not work on safari browser even wen you click play button. , the other problem is the extra text that we did not place in this area (founder section in the bottom of the home page)
thank you
Amani
Please, do not create duplicate discussions.
1) I have checked the video on Safari, and it is working correctly.
2) I also checked the section with the founder and did not see that extra text.
Are there any steps to reproduce these issues?
Best regards
Hello ,
As for the second point (extra text in founder section) , yes it was resolved after submitting the ticket,
but still we are facing video problems on Safari browser only , and they are as follows :
in the home page , please scroll down to the greyscale videos, the first one is video element which needs a click to play, the second one is a background video which doesn't work at all . also there is a video element at the top left of home page(second section) that doesn't auto play on safari .
i am attaching the OS specs image
Thank you
Do you have any browser extensions installed? If yes, please disable them all, and check if the problem persists. You can also check another device.
I have checked it with two other Macs on Safari, and the background video autoplay works correctly.
