When trying to add a sub-element to menu, it appears the content from that page

When I am trying to add a sub-element to the menu, the content on that page appears below like this:

This is the first time when it's happened. Adding the other pages in the dropdown didn't cause me any trouble. Where is the problem coming from?

    Hello,

    Thats because you have inserted <h1> tag into the menu item.

    Please go to the Appearance -> Menus and remove the code inserted in the "Description" field in menu item "Ethical code"

    If you do not see that field, please enable it from the "Screen Options" dropdown on the top of page. (Appearance -> Menus)
