How to customize plus symbol of menus in mobiles

Hi

I would like to know if it is possible to customize plus symbol of menus in mobiles browsers (this plus symbol means you may touch it in order to display and see the submenus)

Sometimes it is difficult to realize you have to touch the plus symbol for displaying submenus because it is so thin.

Could I get some way of making this symbol more clear, maybe more bold?

This CSS code will make it the boldest as it can, paste it into Theme Options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS

}
